Key responsibilities
• Enable and operationalize embedded Oracle AI capabilities relevant to Oracle Engagement Cloud
- Service workflows (configuration, security, role controls, and adoption).
• Run use-case discovery workshops and map business pain points to Oracle product AI features define value KPIs and adoption metrics.
• Implement Oracle AI governance inside the application:



access controls, auditability, human-in-the-loop approvals, and responsible-use guardrails.
• Extend Oracle screens/processes safely using supported extensions/APIs so AI outputs land in the right workflow state (no breaking compliance).
