Key responsibilities
• Design and build custom Oracle AI solutions that augment Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation scenarios using OCI AI services and Oracle data platforms.
• Implement RAG/agent patterns end-to-end: ingestion
- chunking/embeddings
- vector search
- rerank
- grounded generation with citations.




• Define evaluation and quality gates (grounding checks, regression tests, red-team prompts) and integrate into CI/CD before go-live.
• Engineer secure-by-design deployments: OCI IAM policies, network isolation, secrets management, and audit logging for production readiness.
• Operate AI in production: SLOs, monitoring (latency, errors, token/cost), incident playbooks, and continuous optimization. Professional & Technical
