Responsibilities:
• Manage and guide a team of engineers to design, build, and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
• Own project planning, resource allocation, and delivery management while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Architect scalable and secure solutions using AWS Connect, Amazon Lex, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical and delivery matters, liaising with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Promote best practices in cloud architecture, including the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Drive team performance through regular coaching, performance reviews, and mentorship.




• Ensure continuous integration and delivery pipelines are in place, and champion DevOps culture.
• Oversee the implementation of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools. Must have:
