We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller for our hospital in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities
Oversee financial operations of the hospital, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards specific to the healthcare industry.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy of transactions.
Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.




Lead audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure transparency and integrity in financial practices.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or qualified certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
Solid knowledge of financial regulations and healthcare finance.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
Robust leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a finance team.
Effective communication skills to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
