Operations Management
Plan, schedule, and supervise
Ensure Farm production of quality within budget and quality standards.
Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage landscape staff including supervisors, gardeners, and foremen.
Conduct performance reviews and implement skill development programs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Client & Business Development
Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and identify recent business opportunities
Financial Management
Develop and manage budgets for each project and overall operations.
Monitor expenses and implement cost control measures.




Analyze financial reports and suggest improvements.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all farm produce work adheres to industry standards

Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and construction
Budgeting and financial planning
Excellent client relationship management
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Good communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Horticulture, Agriculture
