Lead - Delivery (Prior Authorization) | US Healthcare RCM

Location: Chennai

Shift: Night Shift

We are hiring a Lead - Delivery with robust experience in Provider-side Prior Authorization within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team handling Prior Authorization operations for US healthcare providers.
Ensure timely submission, follow-up, and approval of authorization requests.
Monitor productivity, quality, TAT, and SLA adherence.
Handle escalations, denial prevention, and payer communication.
Coach and mentor team members while driving operational excellence.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:




5+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
2+ years of Prior Authorization experience (Provider Side).
Team Lead/People Management experience preferred.
Robust understanding of Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payer guidelines.
Experience with EMRs/EHRs such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eCW, etc.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Prior experience managing healthcare operations teams and driving process improvements will be an added advantage.
