KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Handle incoming customer enquiries and calls professionally.

· Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into orders.

· Maintain and regularly update enquiry/customer data.

· Monitor Swiggy & Zomato Master Apps for incoming orders.

· Coordinate with respective stores regarding pending or unpicked orders.

· Check and follow up on reasons for orders not being picked up by stores.

· Maintain daily enquiry, order and follow-up reports.

· Coordinate with the sales/store teams for smooth order processing.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

· Positive communication and telephone handling skills.

· Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

· Comfortable working with Swiggy & Zomato platforms.

· Positive follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills.

· Responsible, organised and customer-focused.
