Key Responsibilities
• Loan Operations & Disbursements: Handle end-to-end loan processing, KYC and document verification, legal and technical opinion coordination, and timely loan disbursements.
• Reconciliation & Payments: Manage payment processing, account and central reconciliations, collection support, and repayment schedule generation.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, statutory norms, internal audit trails, and proper archival of physical and digital loan files.
• Branch & Stakeholder Coordination: Resolve branch and customer queries regarding loan files, post-sanction conditions, and EMI tracking via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
