The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, supporting business operations, optimizing system performance, and working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth integration across systems.

Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising (MFCS) support (L2/L3)
Good understanding in cloud versions
