Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Retail Managed Application Support engagements across critical business applications including eCommerce, Stores, Merchandising, Allocation, Supply Chain, Order Management, Retail Analytics, and Corporate Systems.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Retail Application Support, Service Delivery Management, SLA governance,



team management, incident optimization, stakeholder communication, and leadership reporting.

Required Skills
The role requires ownership of day-to-day operations, service excellence, continuous improvement, and driving operational maturity across L1, L2, and L3 support teams.
