Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, coordinate with workers, and ensure smooth inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily warehouse operations and assign tasks to workers.
Manage inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
Monitor workers performance and task completion.
Handle shift-related operational issues and take practical action.
Update the Shift Manager and senior management on daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or postgraduate preferred.
Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and computers.
Positive time management and multitasking skills.
Ability to coordinate with workers and manage daily tasks.

Candidate Preference

Candidates with experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or operations are preferred.
