We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Officer with 3–5 years of experience in agrochemical or agricultural input sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, increasing product sales, and building solid relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers across the assigned territory in India.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, pesticides, and plant growth regulators (PGR).
Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Build solid relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
