Roles and Responsibility
Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence & OTL.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
Develop documentation and reports to support Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems.
Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence & OTL.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and configuration.
