Assist the Business Manager in managing daily business operations and achieving organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
Monitor sales performance, revenue growth, and branch business targets.
Coordinate with sales teams, store staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Support customer relationship management and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Track inventory, stock movement, and product availability in coordination with relevant teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports.
Assist in implementing sales strategies, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
Monitor operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify business improvement prospects and suggest corrective actions.
Participate in management reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluation activities.
