Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as an existing Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager / Branch Assistant / Branch Operations Manager.
Knowledge of up-to-date management techniques, best practices, organizational skills
Results driven and customer foJD - 1) Knowledge of distribution, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
Knowledge of Equity Broking Products, Investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF and Insurance.
Develop, forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
Meet business targets, goals and metrics
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
Provide branch personnel with training, coaching, development, and motivation
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
