Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Design, develop, and execute test scenarios and test cases.
Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and Regression Testing.
Validate end-to-end workflows covering positive, negative, alternate, and exception scenarios.
Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Log, track, prioritize, and manage defects through resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and Product Owners.
Conduct peer reviews of test cases, test plans, and execution results.
Support root cause analysis and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
