Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development skilled with strong exposure to the electrical industryparticularly HT cables, switchgear up to 33 kV, and cable accessories. The candidate must have a solid understanding of Gujarat and MP customer networks and proven experience in hardcore industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and sales growth
Manage and strengthen relationships with
State Utilities (GETCO, MPPTCL, etc.)
Private Utilities
EPC Contractors
OEMs
Industrial Clients such as RIL, JSW, L&T; Hydrocarbons, Tata Chemicals, etc.
Identify new business prospects and create market penetration strategies.
Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and negotiations.
Prepare and submit technocommercial offers.
Track tenders, approvals,



and project pipelines across targeted segments.
Achieve sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain) for seamless execution.

Required Skill Set
Minimum 2–7 years of experience in electrical product sales.
Solid understanding of Switchgear (up to 33 kV), HT Cables, and Cable Accessories.
Proven business development & hard-core B2B industrial sales experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must have an established network and customer base in Gujarat & MP.
Ability to work independently and handle large key accounts.
