We’re looking for confident and communication-focused Telesales Executives to join our Life Insurance team. If you’re comfortable talking to customers, good at convincing people, and looking for a stable career with growth opportunities, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers through calls and understand their requirements.
Explain Life Insurance plans, perks, and features.
Handle customer queries and build good customer relationships.
Follow up with interested customers and leads.
Convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain basic customer and calling records.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Insurance Sales, or a similar role.
Experience in Life Insurance will be preferred.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
