Position Title: Customer Care Advocate

Location: Noida

The Customer Service Advocate provides essential support across pre/post-sales, ensuring smooth order management, timely service scheduling, and effective customer communication. This role involves handling inquiries, managing orders and returns, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate records, problem-solving skills, communication are key to success

Responsibilities
Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding orders, returns, replacements, and equipment details.
Order / RMA maintenance, supply schedules, and customer/distributor coordination.
Schedule calls and follow up on service requests.
Handle requests for company materials and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of returns, pricing updates, and order changes.
Ensure timely communication with customers / partners / stakeholders.
Handle customer calls, email and phone calls with promised turnaround time.

Skills




Robust verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Basic knowledge in Excel and Power BI

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Additional certifications in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or CRM tools are a plus
Prior experience in customer support or order management preferred, 3 ~ 4 years.
