Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project-wise sales strategies to achieve revenue and booking targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales & Marketing team to drive conversions and business growth.
Drive lead generation through digital marketing, property portals, channel partners, references, and direct sales.
Build and manage a solid network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
Monitor the complete sales pipeline from enquiry and site visit to booking and closure.
Conduct customer meetings, project presentations, negotiations, and site visits for high-value prospects.
Develop pricing strategies, sales plans, offers, and promotional activities in coordination with management.
Monitor competitor projects, market trends, customer preferences, and pricing in the Doddaballapura and surrounding markets.
Ensure effective use of Zoho CRM for lead allocation, follow-ups, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
Coordinate with Marketing, Presales, CRM, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth customer handling and booking documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales MIS reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
Monitor team productivity, conversion ratios, sales targets, and channel partner performance.
Ensure timely collection follow-ups and support customers through booking and registration formalities.
Organize site events, channel partner meets, customer engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.

Required Skills
Solid leadership, sales strategy, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proven expertise in real estate sales, preferably plotted developments or land sales.
Experience in team management, channel partner development, and revenue generation.
Robust understanding of lead management, sales funnels, and conversion analytics.
Working knowledge of Zoho CRM, MS Excel, and sales reporting tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market and surrounding growth corridors.
