Offshore MDM Support Analyst

Role Summary

The Offshore MDM Support Analyst will provide Level 2/Level 3 support for MDM applications, investigate data issues, and assist in maintaining master data quality and platform stability.

Key Responsibilities
Support production incidents related to Informatica MDM.
Investigate and resolve data quality and matching issues.
Monitor MDM jobs, workflows, and batch processes.
Perform data analysis and validation activities.
Support change requests and minor enhancements.
Work with CDI and CDQ teams for issue resolution.
Document support procedures and knowledge articles.

Required Skills
Experience with Informatica MDM.
Understanding of master data concepts and governance.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to Informatica IDMC CDI.
Familiarity with cloud data integration concepts.
Experience in support or maintenance projects.
