Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to assist customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service in the retail store.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their needs.
Explain product features, advantages, and prices.
Recommend suitable products to customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
Manage billing and coordinate with the cashier, if required.
Monitor stock availability and inform the manager about low stock.
Build valuable relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales.
Maintain sales records and daily reports.

Job Requirements:




Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and billing skills.
Presentable, confident, and target-oriented.
Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally.
