Consult IT Managers, Project Managers and Solution Architects with regards to technical feasibility and best-practices in Windchill. Prepare and support strategic technology decisions.
Provide technical leadership to Windchill development teams (both inhouse and external). Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and conduct code reviews.
Design, implement and maintain flexible software architectures as a foundation for customizations and interfaces.
Define quality gates, establish quality assurance and monitoring processes.
Continously adapt development / build / deployment processes towards modern standards and principles, e.g. DevOps, in close collaboration with the application infrastructure team.
Support the Problem Management of the Windchill production setting.
Stay up-to-date on the latest market innovations, automation methods, and AI integrations. Qualifications:




Very strong knowledge of large-scale Windchill customizations and integrations.
Strong knowledge of Java programming and Java Web Application Frameworks including JSP, Spring and AJAX.
Strong knowledge of IT architecture, integrations and related technologies (e.g. SOAP, ODATA, SQL, Data Integration).
Knowledge of Windchill system administration, infrastructure, build and deployment.
Excellence in agile IT project management (methods, roles, tools).
Excellent English communication skills.
Robust communication and stakeholder management capabilities. • Robust analytical and conceptual skills to design complex technical solutions.

Qualification:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or comparable qualification.
