Generative AI solution implementation.
Amazon Q and AI-assisted contact centre experiences.
Prompt engineering and conversational design.
RAG architecture and implementation.

Preferred candidate profile
AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
AWS Certified Developer.
Amazon Connect Specialty certifications.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise settings.
