Role & responsibilities
Identify and source potential customers to achieve monthly business targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships and generate quality leads.
Assess customer business, repayment capacity, character, and creditworthiness.
Handle customer queries and explain products, procedures, and advantages.
Collect and verify documents and coordinate property inspection, valuation, and legal processes.
Coordinate with customers and branch officials for sanction, documentation, and mortgage creation.
Monitor the loan portfolio and take proactive steps to control delinquency.
Follow up regularly for timely repayment and recovery of overdue amounts.
Maintain integrity, transparency, teamwork, and timely execution of all assigned responsibilities.
