Rohtak We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
Improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and maximize conversions.
Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
Track performance using GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
Analyze campaign data and implement growth strategies.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ads. Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Proven experience in campaign optimization and budget scaling.
Robust analytical skills and understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, and conversion tracking.
E-commerce/D2C experience preferred.
