Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, assembly, and fitting of machines and equipment.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery.
Diagnose faults and perform repair work efficiently.
Use hand tools and measuring instruments for fitting and alignment.
Ensure proper machine calibration and functioning.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues on the shop floor.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and reports.
Follow all safety standards and company policies during work.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of machine installation and maintenance
Familiarity with tools, equipment, and fitting techniques
Basic understanding of mechanical drawings (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)
Valuable problem-solving and teamwork skills
