Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage contracts, including MOUs, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
Coordinate current client onboarding processes and support organizational compliance initiatives like ISO, CMMI, and SOC2.
Oversee ODC management, ensuring security, audit compliance, and profitability.
Collaborate with delivery management teams for talent onboarding/offboarding processes.
Maintain dashboards and share reports with stakeholders.
Support the Corporate PMO team in coordinating with HR SPOCs for background verifications and timesheet approvals.

Job Requirements :
Preferably hold a Master's Degree in any discipline.
Possess solid contract management skills, including SOW and TO management.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrate the ability to manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Be familiar with project management methodologies and tools.
Exhibit robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
PMP certification is preferred.
