Role & responsibilities:

AI & Automation Manager: Overview Lead AI, GenAI, and automation initiatives for Procurement (S2P) to drive efficiency, quality, compliance, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver AI/GenAI, RPA, OCR, NLP, and workflow automation across PR PO, sourcing, contracting, invoicing, and supplier ops.
Build Procurement AI tools: chatbots, extraction engines, document summarizers, RAG knowledge systems, intelligent workflows.
Drive process automation to reduce cycle time, improve accuracy, and enhance compliance.
Partner with Category, Sourcing, Contracting, Finance, and Ops teams to embed AI in procurement operations.
Manage end to end delivery: discovery design build test deploy adoption.
Track KPIs, ROI, automation value, and ensure alignment with Responsible AI and procurement governance.
Support capability building for the Procurement Automation & AI CoE.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/BTech (CSE / IT / EEE preferred).
