Job Description Account Executive (RTO)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 per month

Department: Accounts / RTO Operations

Experience: Relevant experience in RTO accounts and documentation preferred

Job Responsibilities
Handle daily sales and purchase entries in the accounting system.
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and bank transactions.
Perform bank entries and bank reconciliation.
Process online payments and online challan payments.
Prepare and maintain RTO-related bills, invoices, and documentation.
Maintain and update records using MS Excel.
Use advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and data analysis.
Verify financial transactions and ensure accuracy of all entries.
Maintain proper documentation and assist with daily accounting operations.

Required Skills




Robust knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel.
Must know VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Excel formulas.
Experience in sales and purchase entries.
Knowledge of bank entries, online payments, and online challan processing.
Understanding of RTO-related documentation and procedures is preferred.
Valuable attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Mandatory Requirements
Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory.
Practical knowledge of VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP is mandatory.
Experience handling bank entries, online payments, and online challans is highly preferred.
