Roles and Responsibilities
Provide after-sales service support to customers by repairing and maintaining electronic equipment such as ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, microwaves, geyser, water purifiers, gas stoves, chimneys etc.
Conduct field service calls to diagnose issues with customer's installed equipment and perform repairs in office.
Troubleshoot technical problems using diagnostic tools and software.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues or escalate cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of work completed including parts used and time spent at each location.
