Required Experience - Candidate needs to have an overall experience of more than 6 plus years in a Mid / Large Corporate - RM role with a reputed Bank/Non Banking Financial Company would be preferred
He must have exposure in lending to Mid Corporate clients Companies with revenue above 250 Cr.
Basic understanding of working capital and term lending products

Source Recent to Company relationships for Commercial Mid Corporate Business (Turnover above 250 Cr). Experience in handling Corporate client relationships is preferred
Build a diversified portfolio offering revenues from Assets, Fees, Cross sell etc. Asset prospects to be sourced aligned to the lending norms as prescribed.
Appraise financial strength of client, advise and structure the facility meeting clients requirement and fitting within policy parameters.
