10+ years Team: Manages agency partners; 1–2 executives as the team scales (Phase 2) Employment type: Full time Role summary: We are hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to own brand building, digital marketing, e-commerce and media planning/buying for Watertec — one of the two core pillars of the marketing team, alongside Trade & Channel Marketing. This is a builder's role: you will define how the Watertec brand shows up across four product categories, run the channels that generate consideration and leads, manage Watertec’ s presence on e-commerce marketplaces, and plan/buy the media that supports it all. You will work closely with the CMO and the Trade & Channel Marketing Manager, and directly manage external creative, digital and media agencies.

Key responsibilities
Brand
• Plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns, sponsorships and PR aligned to key selling seasons and new product launches
• Partner with the Trade & Channel Marketing Manager to align brand campaigns with dealer-level activation Digital marketing
• Own the website, dealer-locator tool, SEO/SEM and organic + paid social media presence
• Build and manage always-on and campaign-specific digital marketing calendars
• Generate and route qualified leads (architects, contractors, project buyers, consumers) to sales and channel teams, and track conversion through the funnel
• Manage marketing automation/CRM tools for lead scoring and nurture E-commerce
• Own Watertec's presence and performance on e-commerce marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Flipkart) and any D2C storefront
• Manage marketplace listings, content, pricing hygiene, ratings/reviews and promotional calendars
• Track and report marketplace sales, conversion and ad spend efficiency (ACOS/ROAS)
• Coordinate with sales/supply chain on stock availability and fulfilment for online channels Media planning & buying




• Plan and execute media strategy across digital, print, OOH and any broadcast/sponsorship opportunities
• Manage media agency relationships, negotiate rates and own the media budget
• Optimise media mix and spend allocation based on reach, cost-efficiency and campaign objectives
• Report on media performance, ROI and share of voice versus key competitors What success looks like (KPIs)
• Brand awareness/consideration score movement (periodic brand health tracking)
• Website traffic, qualified lead volume and lead-to-dealer-handoff conversion rate
• E-commerce marketplace GMV, ACOS/ROAS and listing ratings
• Campaign and media ROI / cost per qualified lead
• Share of voice vs. key competitors
• On-time, on-budget delivery of the brand, digital and media calendar What we are looking for: (Required)
• About 10+ years of experience ( MBA preferred ) spanning brand management, digital marketing, e-commerce and media planning/buying — client-side, agency, or a mix
• Proven, hands-on experience managing paid media across Google, Meta and programmatic platforms, plus SEO/SEM fundamentals
• Experience managing e-commerce marketplace operations (Amazon/Flipkart Seller/Vendor Central or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of media planning and buying — ATL/BTL, print, OOH and/or broadcast — including agency and vendor negotiation
• Comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, basic Excel/Power BI reporting) and translating data into decisions
• Experience managing external agencies (creative, digital, media) and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to and work directly with senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent in Marketing preferred Preferred
• Category experience in building materials, sanitaryware, home improvement, consumer durables or paints
• Experience marketing to both consumers and a dealer/trade channel simultaneously
• Exposure to a PE-backed or high-growth company environment
