Provide L2/L3 application support for Infor BPCS in a production support workplace.
Support Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.
Analyze functional defects and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
Support testing, deployments, and enhancement requests.
Collaborate with business users during North American business hours.
Participate in on-call support and critical issue resolution.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Infor BPCS.
Robust knowledge of Supply Chain and Demand Planning processes.
Experience in ERP production support and incident management.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with offshore-onshore support models.
Preferred Skills
IBM AS/400 / IBM i experience.
Knowledge of RPG, DB2, and ERP integrations.
