Role & responsibilities
Achieve daily production targets as per the production plan.
Allocate jobs and manpower to CNC/VMC machines.
Monitor machine setup, tool setting, offsets, and CNC programs.
Ensure components meet drawing specifications and dimensional tolerances.
Monitor first-piece and in-process inspections.
Maintain product quality, traceability, and batch identification.
Minimize rejection, rework, tool breakage, and machine downtime.
Ensure machine maintenance, housekeeping, and 5S activities.
Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and quality standards such as ISO 13485, where applicable.
Maintain production reports, rejection reports, and shift handover records.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production Planning departments.
Ensure timely completion of production targets and on-time delivery.
