We are looking for a Quality Engineer to drive testing strategy, automation, and quality assurance for banking applications. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in test automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities
Define test strategies, test plans, and quality metrics for banking applications.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright.
Perform API testing and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Implement shift-left testing practices to identify defects early.
Manage defect tracking, root-cause analysis, and quality reporting.
Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure reliable software releases.

Required Skills
Robust experience in software testing and test automation.
Hands-on knowledge of Selenium/Playwright and API testing tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, defect management, and Agile methodologies.
Understanding of banking applications and financial domain workflows.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
