We are looking for a talented and creative Visual Designer with 8+ years of experience in crafting compelling visual experiences across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, exceptional aesthetic sense, and expertise in creating engaging visual assets that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality visual designs for web, mobile, marketing, social media, presentations, and digital campaigns.
Develop and maintain brand identity, design systems, and visual standards across all channels.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product teams, marketing teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful design solutions.
Design marketing collateral including brochures, banners, email templates, infographics, and advertisements.
Create illustrations, icons, graphics, and other visual assets to enhance user engagement.
Translate complex ideas into transparent, visually appealing concepts and presentations.
Ensure consistency and quality across all visual touchpoints.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies,



and best practices in visual design.
Mentor junior designers and provide creative guidance to the design team.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a rapid-paced setting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
8+ years of professional experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or Digital Design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, and marketing creatives.
Proficiency in:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
Figma
Sketch (preferred)
Adobe XD
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
Experience designing for web, mobile, and responsive digital platforms.
Knowledge of design systems and brand governance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
