Job Description

We are seeking skilled Junior Quantity Surveyors to support quantity reconciliation and final billing of large-scale civil construction works.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate BBS, reinforcement calculations, and civil quantity take-offs from drawings.
Verify executed quantities against BOQ, drawings, and site measurements.
Reconcile quantities with previous RA bills, identifying discrepancies and unbilled work.
Assist the Senior Billing Engineer with final measurement sheets, quantity statements, and billing documentation.





Candidate Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Robust practical expertise in BBS, quantity surveying, and structural drawing interpretation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
Preference for candidates with experience in industrial construction projects, particularly thermal power plants, and the ability to work in demanding industrial site environments.
Immediate joiners only.
Must be willing to commute or relocate to the Ennore project site.
