Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business and sales targets.
Manage and maintain robust relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
Identify and develop new business prospects in the assigned market.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, and client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve business-related issues.
Achieve monthly and annual revenue and business development targets.

Required Skills
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of sales and business development.
Strong client and relationship management skills.
Ability to identify market opportunities and generate business.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,409.29 per month
