Must Have:
4+Years of hands-on Experience in Oracle HCM cloud Technical OTBI/Dashboard, BI
Hands on experience in Implementation, Support, Roll-out & upgrade project.
This position requires solid analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and flexibility to meet deadlines and end user expectations.
Having a positive skill in gathering and documenting business requirements for enhancements, writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements.
Experience on quarterly patch testing, release as part of product.
Valuable to Have:
Knowledge on any other Technical like HCM Extract, HDL
