Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Centre Beauty Head to lead our Beauty team and manage centre-level Beauty operations, sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily Beauty centre operations and ensure SOP compliance.
Lead and develop the Beauty team to achieve performance and service standards.
Achieve Beauty service, product sales, and profitability targets.
Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve client concerns.
Monitor Beauty services, appointments, client follow-ups, and package execution.
Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, equipment handling, and stock management.
Drive upselling and cross-selling of Beauty, Derma, and related services.
Conduct team meetings, training, work allocation, and staff development.




Coordinate with the Centre Head and Corporate team as required.

Requirements
Doctor / Dermatologist / Cosmetologist with additional knowledge in Skin & Hair.
Minimum 4–7 years of relevant experience in the Beauty industry.
Robust Beauty/Skin/Hair technical knowledge.
Valuable sales, communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and handle additional responsibilities.
