Payroll Executive / Senior Executive

Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred
Salary: Up to 6 LPA
SAP Knowledge: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end payroll processing using SAP.
Manage salary processing, attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.
Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
Process full and final settlements, reimbursements, and salary adjustments.
Reconcile payroll data and maintain accurate employee records.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related activities.
Resolve employee payroll queries while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll experience.
Hands-on SAP experience is compulsory.
Robust knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
Positive Excel, analytical, and communication skills.
