Required Qualifications

Experience
12+ years of overall skilled experience.
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Product Leadership roles.
Proven experience leading large-scale platform modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.




Experience working with globally distributed business and technology teams.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Miro, Figma, and AI productivity platforms such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude.

Product Management Expertise
Product Strategy and Roadmap Development.
Product Discovery and Requirements Management.
User Journey Mapping and Experience Design.
Backlog Prioritization and Agile Product Delivery.
