Role & responsibilities
Conduct laboratory experiments for pharmaceutical R&D; and process development.
Perform chemical reactions, reaction monitoring, filtration, drying, purification, and crystallization.
Assist in process optimization to improve product yield, purity, and quality.
Handle laboratory chemicals, solvents, reagents, and equipment safely.
Maintain laboratory records, experimental data, and documentation as per SOPs.
Coordinate with the QC team for sample testing and analysis.
Support process scale-up, technology transfer, and production troubleshooting.
Follow laboratory safety procedures and valuable documentation practices.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry, preferably Organic Chemistry.
Experience: Freshers to 3 years of experience.
Basic knowledge of organic chemistry,



chemical synthesis, and laboratory techniques.
Candidates with pharmaceutical R&D; or API manufacturing experience are preferred.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn, work in a team, and work in a laboratory/manufacturing environment.
