Role & responsibilities
Learn and sell LED signages, ACP boards, acrylic and channel letters.
Handle client inquiries in person, on call and on WhatsApp.
Understand client needs, location and budget, and recommend the right signage type, size and material.
Explain options and pricing clearly.
Visit sites to take measurements, photos and note site conditions.
Share details with designers for mockups and quotations.
Send quotations, follow up and close orders.
Coordinate with the client and production team until installation.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and orders.
Support marketing and current lead generation.
