Role & responsibilities
Interact with prospective learners over calls to understand their educational background, career plans, and learning requirements.
Provide explicit and accurate information about online UG/PG programs, university offerings, eligibility, course structure, and fee details.
Help learners evaluate suitable program options and address their questions to support informed decisions.
Guide interested candidates through the application, documentation, and admission process.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective learners and assist them at different stages of their decision-making journey.
Maintain updated lead information, student interaction, and follow-up records in the CRM.
Work towards assigned admission goals while ensuring a skilled and learner-focused counselling experience.

Preferred candidate profile




Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience in EdTech, education counselling, admissions, or inside sales will have an added advantage. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Ability to communicate confidently, understand learner requirements, and explain information clearly.
Candidates interested in building a career in education counselling and online higher education are encouraged to apply.
