Salary and Perks:

6 months to 1yr Rs 19000 take home salary per month plus 1500 performance based incentive

1yr & above – Rs 21000 take home salary per month plus 2000 performance based incentive
Two-way free cab facility for both pick and drop (*25 km radius)

Requirements:
Education: +2 / Higher secondary & above
Looking Only Freshers
Positive written skill in English is required
Should be an immediate joiner
Should be able to work in night shifts (no day shifts)
Should be versatile for rotational week-offs

Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound chats within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction
Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements and as directed.
