We are seeking an experienced Rubrik Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise backup, cyber recovery, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud settings. The role will drive end-to-end architecture, migrations, automation, and cyber-resilience initiatives using Rubrik technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Rubrik CDM / Rubrik Security Cloud solutions.
Architect backup, recovery, replication, archival, and cyber-recovery capabilities.
Define protection policies, SLA Domains, retention, RPO/RTO, and recovery strategies.
Lead migrations from legacy platforms such as NetBackup, Commvault, Veeam, Cohesity, Networker, and Avamar.
Design solutions for VMware, Hyper-V, Windows, Linux, SQL Server, Oracle, NAS, Azure, and AWS workloads.
Perform capacity planning, DR testing, ransomware recovery assessments, and solution reviews.
Develop HLDs, LLDs, implementation plans, and operational runbooks.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams.
Support customer workshops, presales discussions, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations.
