We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Administrators with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration, ITSM, configuration, customization, integrations, and platform support.

Key Skills Required:
ServiceNow Administration and ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, SLA).
Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Workflows, and Notifications.
CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
REST/SOAP Integrations, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
ServiceNow Scripting, Automation, ACLs, Update Sets, Instance Cloning, and Upgrades.
Reports, Dashboards, Performance Analytics,



and Production Troubleshooting.
