Role & responsibilities

Hydraulic Maintenance
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic power packs, cylinders, pumps, motors, valves, and piping systems.
Diagnose and rectify hydraulic system failures, pressure losses, oil leakages, and performance issues.
Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
Conduct hydraulic pressure testing and system performance verification.
Replace hydraulic seals, hoses, fittings, filters, and hydraulic oil as required.
Monitor hydraulic oil condition and contamination levels.

Mechanical Maintenance
Perform maintenance of gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, couplings, pumps, compressors, and production machinery.
Carry out machine alignment, leveling, assembly,



and dismantling activities.
Replace worn-out mechanical components and ensure proper machine functionality.
Conduct lubrication and condition monitoring activities.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules and shutdown maintenance activities.
Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and relocation.
